Doncaster December HIT Sale Catalogue Now Online

The sale’s dedicated Point-to-Point/Form Horse Session has been cancelled this year following Goffs’ announcement that a second P2P sale will be held at Yorton Farm in Wales on Thursday 17 December.

The new date follows the success of last week’s P2P sale at Yorton which saw Jonbon break the world record for the highest priced pointer sold at public auction for £570,000.

Online bidding registrations will open Friday 27 November The Doncaster December Sale will offer some attractive horses-in-training including recent hurdle winners Dalkingstown (Lot 53), Francky Du Berlais (Lot 54), Say It Ain’t So (Lot 114) and Floating Rock (Lot 116), debut chase winner Equus Dancer (Lot 57) and flat winners Seas Of Elzaam (Lot 10), Indianapolis (Lot 24), Vasco Da Gama (Lot 84), Dash Of Spice (Lot 86), Confide (Lot 121), Bella Fever (Lot 155) etc.

Supplementary entries will be taken up to the time of the sale and already include the Presenting filly Teescomponentslass (Lot 91) who placed second on her debut Bumper at Ayr.

Owners and trainers with drafts in the sale include Alan King, Anthony McCann, Brian Ellison, Denis Hogan, Godolphin, Gordon Elliott, Hugh Morrison, Iain Jardine, John Gosden, Karl Burke, Mark Johnston, Mick Channon, Noel Meade, Peter Bowen, Richard Hannon, Richard Hughes, Richard Newland, Tim Easterby, Tom Lacey etc.

Goffs UK Managing Director Tim Kent commented: “The December Sale is our last Doncaster based sale of 2020 and will now have a slightly different offering following today’s announcement that we will hold another point-to-point sale at Yorton Farm on Thursday 17 December following last week’s success at the same venue.

The December Sale catalogue has some attractive horses on offer and we look forward to returning to Doncaster in just over two weeks.”

Live online bidding for the Goffs UK December HIT Sale at Doncaster will be available through Goffs Online and registrations will open on Friday 27 November.

To ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees, Goffs will follow all Government COVID-19 directives in place at the time of the sale.

Entry to the sale will be limited to those who wish to take part in the auction and those planning to attend must pre-register and complete the online COVID-19 medical form on the Goffs UK website which will open on Friday 27 November.
