ANOTHER THURSDAY RUN AT FONTWELL PARK

The weather may be uncertain for Thursday at Fontwell park, but what we know is that the track will be active, and there will be some great action. Fontwell Park will be one of four tracks active on Thursday as the weekend kicks off with an exciting run. The third of the day follows the previous two as a Class 4 GBB race, albeit a different pot at 7,273 GBP. The distance to run will be two miles, one furlong, and a hundred and sixty-two yards. At 3 pm, two races come in at the hour, first with the DOWNLOAD THE STAR SPORTS APP HANDICAP STEEPLECHASE for horses five years old and above. Nineteen horses will be on the grid for a distance of two miles, five furlongs, and a hundred and thirty-five yards. The pot will be 8,035 GBP.

The STARSPORT.BET HANDICAP HURDLE RACE will follow up at the close of the hour, one of two Class 5 outings of the day, with a pot of 5,844 GBP, for horses five years old and above, rated 0-105. The longest race of the day will be the only 4 pm kick-off and will involve one of the oldest age delimitations we have seen all year, setting the bar to horses nine years old and above. The distance will be a full three miles, one furlong, and two hundred and ten yards. The last race of the day will be the FOLLOW AT THE RACES ON TWITTER INTERMEDIATE OPEN NATIONAL HUNT FLAT RACE, for horses four to six years old, and a pot of 3,500 GBP.
