9.30am - Charlie Wallis - Placings Appeal The independent Disciplinary Panel of the British Horseracing Authority (BHA) will convene on Thursday 12 December to hear an Appeal brought by Charlie Wallis, the licensed trainer of SIR HECTOR (IRE), against the decision of the Stewards at Wolverhampton Racecourse on 2 December 2019 to reverse the placings following interference in The Betway Heed Your Hunch Handicap Stakes (Class 6) placing EVERYKYLLACHY (IRE) first and SIR HECTOR (IRE) second.

It is noted that the 2 day suspension for careless riding received by William Carson who rode SIR HECTOR (IRE) is not being appealed. 11.00am - Charlie Deutsch, Appeal The independent Disciplinary Panel of the British Horseracing Authority (BHA) will convene on Thursday 12 December to hear an Appeal brought by Charlie Deutsch, a licensed jockey, against the decision of the Stewards at Leciester Racecourse on 5 December 2019 to find him in breach of Rule (F)37 and suspend him for seven days for failing to take all reasonable and permissible measures to obtain the best possible placing on a horse that could have finished third aboard ARQALINA (IRE) in The Racing TV Novices' Handicap Steeplechase (Class 4).
