Bath Racecourse, the South West’s most vibrant racecourse and events venue, and Adventure Cinema, who work with unique venues all over the UK to screen favourite films al fresco, have teamed up once again to show two classic movies on a huge outdoor cinema screen this July.

Running across two evenings, the first Bath outdoor cinema night at Bath Racecourse will show Disney’s hugely popular The Lion King, which will be screened on Thursday 23 July. On Friday 24 July, cult 70s film Grease will hit the Bath cinema screen and have everyone signing along on Friday 24 July. Bath Racecourse’s Acting General Manager, Maddie Difazio-Wright, said:

“We’re really excited to be working with Adventure Cinema once again to show two classic films on a huge outdoor cinema screen at the racecourse this July – The Lion King and Grease. “If you’re looking for fun things to do this summer, experiencing a great movie under the stars is pretty unique! People can bring a picnic and blanket or upgrade to a VIP ticket to enjoy an unforgettable Bath cinema experience.”

Tickets to both films are now available and cost £14.50 for standard entry or £20.50 for a VIP ticket to include a luxury deckchair (fulfilment fees apply).

Guests can choose to bring their own picnics to enjoy whilst watching the film (excluding glass, cans or alcohol) or choose to buy hot food and snacks from one of the various food and drink stalls.

Tickets are now available at bath-racecourse.co.uk or adventurecinema.co.uk
