RAYMOND BLANC OBE
The two Michelin-starred Chef will once again take up residence in the prestigious Panoramic Restaurant, his seventh year in the restaurant. Raymond will draw inspiration from the culinary delights of Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons.
OLLIE DABBOUS
Co-founder and Executive Chef of Michelin-starred London restaurant HIDE, returns to host brand-new Royal Enclosure restaurant The Sandringham. An elegant space with orangery-inspired structure nestled in a sunny corner of the Lavender Courtyard.

The Michelin-starred Chef Patron of newly reopened The Ledbury headlines another new addition- Holyroodhouse. Taking inspiration from the official residence of the Monarch in Scotland, expect elegant dishes with modern British flair in this light and airy space at the centre of the Royal Enclosure Gardens.
TOM BARNES
Executive Head Chef at L’Enclume and Rogan & Co, joins for his first solo appearance at Royal Ascot. Tom will showcase his talents in a brand-new restaurant for 2022 – The Old Press Room - where he'll offer a six-course tasting menu alongside a more relaxed fine dining experience.

The three Michelin-starred Chef returns to Royal Ascot for his fourth year to take the helm of the Queen Anne Enclosure’s flagship Fine Dining restaurant, ON5. This year, L'Enclume became the first restaurant outside of the south-east to hold three Michelin stars in the UK.
NIEVES BARRÁGAN MOHACHO
Making her Royal Ascot debut in new additions to the Queen Anne Enclosure, the Pavonian Restaurant and Pavonian Club. Nieves will be serving a tapas-style tasting menu which draws inspiration from her Michelin-starred restaurant, Sabor.
